Let me tell you something about my journey with Galleri Katinka.

 

Galleri Katinka is based in Kvorning, a (very) small village in Denmark.

As a kid growing up in Holland I grew up with a strong love for animals and that love never went away.

But then I fell in love with a guy living in Denmark and soon I moved to stay with him, we got married, bought our own little farm and got two lovely kids.
As idyllic as this all sounds, it also could be lonely sometimes with all of my family still living in Holland, so I decided to find myself a hobby and that's when I made my very first painting of our own dog! 

With every painting I made, I learned some new techniques, what made me the self-taught painter I am today.

At the moment I'm making paintings on commission, shipping worldwide and designing some printed products.
